My story

As a Pizza Lover it is obvious what my blog and my passion is about. I grew up in a family business which was made pizza in a tradional oven with woods. So all the smells and the flavours of a handmade pizza drove me to be a passionate Pizza Lover.

A widespread belief says that in June 1889 the pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito , Pizzeria Brandi's chef, invented a dish called "Pizza Margherita" in honor of the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy.

​

It is the most famous pizza and ofcourse the simpliest.

Pizza Greca!!

It is a combination of the Italian Pizza and the fresh Greek ingredients.

The main ingredient is the Feta cheese which is produced in Greece.

Then we have tomato sauce and Italian mozzarella in the base of pizza. Apart

from the Feta cheese we add olives from the greek nature and fresh tomato, peppers and onion!



Here is an image with all the fresh ingredients BEFORE bake the pizza!


So the main ingredients of this Pizza is everything that we use in Greek Salad!

This is a totally different approach of pizza which smells fresh Greek nature!!
